BinaBalance is a sensory wellbeing experience designed to help adults pause, notice how they feel about eating in that moment and explore their response to immersive sound.
The experience combines a simple before-and-after check with immersive eating and calming sounds, allowing users to reflect on how their response may vary from one listening experience to another.
BinaBalance is designed with a focus on simplicity, self-awareness and responsible use.
There is no “right” result. Your rating may decrease, stay the same or increase. The purpose is to notice your individual response over time.

When contacting support about a technical problem, it may be helpful to include a brief description of the issue and the device and iOS version you are using.
BinaBalance is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
BinaBalance is a general wellbeing and self-awareness tool. It is not a weight-loss or appetite-suppression tool and should not be used to avoid meals, restrict food intake or ignore genuine physical hunger.
A change in your rating after a BinaBalance session does not show whether your body needs food and should not be used to make decisions about physical hunger.
BinaBalance is not intended to diagnose, treat or manage medical or mental health conditions and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or nutritional advice, diagnosis or treatment.
BinaBalance is designed with privacy and data minimisation in mind.
BinaBalance does not require you to create an account or provide your name or email address to complete a session.
